Mr. Michael Cingari leverages over 30 years of professional experience toward his current role as CEO of CrossWater Capital Corporation. An expert in the intricacies of leasing big-ticket equipment as well as real estate finance, Michael Cingari facilitated the creation of CrossWater Capital in 2002 to provide equipment leasing and real estate financing solutions to businesses of all sizes. The driving force behind the company, Michael Cingari sets the bar with his deep knowledge of the industry and his keen business savvy. Through CrossWater Capital, Michael Cingari has assisted companies in improving cost-efficiency and maximizing profits.

Prior to founding CrossWater Capital, Michael Cingari served for 22 years in a number of roles with Pitney Bowes Financial Services. Demonstrating strong leadership qualities in addition to his professional skills, Michael Cingari held several key positions within the company. Michael Cingari served as President of Colonial Pacific Leasing Corporation, a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Financial Services; President of Pitney Bowes Financial Services-Asia Pacific; and was a Member of the Pitney Bowes, Inc. Executive Committee.

Michael Cingari has been an active member of the Equipment Leasing & Financing Association (ELFA). Michael Cingari formerly served on the Board of Directors for ELFA, and the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors.

Michael Cingari is the possessor of two academic degrees: a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Bryant University.

Michael Cingari, who enjoys skiing, golfing, and playing tennis in his spare time, currently resides in Coto de Caza, California.
